By accessing and using Fibo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
Fibo is a web-based multiplayer poker planning application designed to help agile development teams estimate story points collaboratively. The service allows users to create sessions, invite team members, and conduct estimation rounds using Fibonacci numbers.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Fibo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
- Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
User Content
- You retain ownership of any content you create or share through Fibo (usernames, session names, etc.)
- You grant us permission to use, display, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service
- You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
Service Availability
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time
- We are not liable for any interruption of service or data loss
Privacy and Data
- We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties
- All data is hosted on servers located in the European Union
- We use Cloudflare for content delivery and security
Intellectual Property
- Fibo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without permission
- Our trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission
Disclaimer of Warranties
Fibo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your use of Fibo, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
- You may stop using our service at any time

- Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately
- Data associated with terminated accounts will be deleted according to our data retention policy
